At Desert Bloom Nursery, we focus on restoring and enriching our soil through low‑disturbance methods, compost, living roots, and diverse plantings. Healthy soil holds more water, feeds plants more effectively, and supports a thriving web of life underground.
Everything we do supports biodiversity, strengthens the land, and keeps our crops clean and chemical‑free.
For crops grown in trays—like microgreens—we pair our soil systems with coco coir, a renewable, peat‑free medium made from coconut husks. Coco coir holds moisture well, promotes clean root development, and reduces waste while staying fully sustainable.
